I understand that playing basketball and joining training sessions means being active and that accidents or injuries can happen. By signing below, I agree that my child (or myself, if I’m the player) is taking part at our own risk. I will not hold the coaches, staff, or training facility responsible for any injury, accident, or loss. If my child needs medical help during training, I give permission for the staff to get emergency care, and I accept responsibility for any costs. I also allow photos and videos taken during training to be used on social media, websites, or other materials to promote the program. I understand that no payment will be given for this.
