Marke Freeman
Marke Freeman is the Owner and Director of Max-OUT Basketball. She founded MOB in 2010 to bring quality training to her home town of Springfield, IL. She has since established Max-OUT in St. Louis, MO, Taylorville and Stonington, IL. Marke has traveled the world developing players, coaches and programs from the grassroots level to the professional level in 6 continents and dozens of countries working with household names as a Player Development Coach and Sports Analyst.
Leanne Dixon
Leanne is an engineer by day and an official by night. From Fayetteville, North Carolina, she has been in the game of basketball since middle school. She received a scholarship to play Division 1 basketball and has post-college semi-pro experience. Since moving to central Illinois, she became an official to stay close to the game and has since ventured into skills training. Outside of basketball, Leanne mentors and develops young women in the professional world, and has a passion for bridging the gap.
Coach RJ
Coach RJ has been part of Max-OUT since its beginning—first as an athlete and now as a dedicated trainer and mentor. A teacher and professional drummer, he combines discipline and creativity in everything he does. As a three-sport athlete at Lanphier High School (Cross Country, Basketball, and Track), Coach RJ brings an exceptional work ethic and a deep sense of connection to our Max-OUT athletes.
Coach Cam
Coach Cam first attended MOB as a third grader and is now completing his undergraduate degree at Quincy University, where he is a member of the Men’s Basketball Team.
He also serves as a trainer and camp counselor for Max-OUT events, bringing precision, IQ, and passion to every training environment.
Coach Zar
Coach Zar is a product of perseverance and passion, our newest Max-OUT trainer brings both experience and heart to every workout. She was a key member of Lanphier High School’s first women’s basketball team to reach the state tournament..
